Most stores never notice.

One flow catches it.

Then it keeps catching.

The one idea

Campaigns are you, working. Flows are your store, working.

A campaign is a thing you send today. A flow is a thing you build once, and it runs on what your customers do, at three in the morning, on a Sunday, while you are asleep.

$1.94 $0.11 ONE FLOW ONE CAMPAIGN

The gap

Five percent of the sends. Forty one percent of the money.

That is an eighteen times gap on the same list. Flows are 5.3 percent of everything sent and about 41 percent of the revenue. Campaigns need eighteen times the audience to pull the same dollar.

Why it is still not done

It is not that you did not get to it.

01Klaviyo has a steep learning curve, and it is built for people who do this all day.
02Small teams need weeks to set flows and segments up properly. You do not have weeks.
03So the flows sit half built, the campaign becomes the reflex, and the list keeps costing more than it earns.

None of that is a discipline problem. It is a setup problem, and setup is a job you can hand over.

What gets built

Three flows. The ones that actually pay.

A tight bright ring newly formed on dark water

FLOW 01

Welcome

They just told you they want to hear from you. This answers within the hour, then twice more, while they still remember why they signed up.

A ring caught halfway out with a droplet rebounding behind it

FLOW 02

Abandoned checkout

They got as far as the card field and stopped. Three messages, timed to how people actually behave, not to a round number of hours.

A wide faint outer ring dissolving at the edge of the light

FLOW 03

Browse abandonment

They looked at the thing, they left, and they never told you. The flow tells you anyway, and follows up without being creepy about it.

Try it

Click once. Then watch.

Click the button to release a drop and watch the three flows light up.

One action. Three things happen. You did none of them.

How it works

You keep everything. That is the whole point.

STEP 01

You invite me in

You send an invite to your own Klaviyo account. I never ask you to make a new one.

STEP 02

I build inside your account

Every flow, every email, every segment is created in your Klaviyo, under your login, on your domain.

STEP 03

You review before anything sends

Nothing goes live until you have read it and said yes. You can change a word or the whole thing.

STEP 04

You own it, forever

Five working days later it is running. Remove my access whenever you want. Nothing breaks, because none of it was ever mine.

Questions

The things people ask before they say yes.

Why is this $500 when agencies quote six thousand a month?

Because this is a build, not a subscription. An agency retainer buys you someone's ongoing time, and most of that time goes on campaigns you could send yourself. The flows are a one time job. I do the one time job.

Do you take over my Klaviyo account?

No. I work inside the account you already own, as a user you invite and can remove. Your list, your flows, your templates, your data. If we never speak again, everything keeps running.

How long does it take?

Five working days from the moment I have access. You will see the flows before anything sends.

I already have a couple of flows. Is this wasted?

No. I audit what is there first. If a flow is already good, I say so and leave it alone rather than rebuilding it to look busy.

My list is small. Is it too early?

If you are spending on ads, it is not too early. Flows work on the traffic you are already paying for. A small list with flows beats a big list without them.

What happens after it ships?

It runs. You get a short handover explaining what each flow does and when it fires. If you want changes later, message me and we will sort it out.

One step

Tell me your store. I will tell you what is missing.

Fill this in and I will reply with what I would build and what it would earn, before you pay anything.

This form sends your message to me and nothing else. No account, no list. Prefer email?
